The design of the 17-story building is done in collaboration with executive architect Baskervill and consists of two vertical towers: a dark stone-cladded volume and a lighter, higher metal volume. Thanks to the thought-out positioning of the towers, the construction appears light and playful. Instead of one monolithic tower, the idea was to create two separate volumes with different sizes. This variety of structures contributes to creating an overall lighter and more open feeling for the building.

Another feature of the design is the fact that the towers are raised from the ground to create space for the entrance. On the ground floor, guests walk in attracted by a large mural art piece and are lured upstairs, to the second-floor lobby, thanks to an iconic staircase.
