a warm welcome
The entrance on Nelson Street sits within The Forest, the three-storey retail mall at the base of the building. Travertine cladding mirrors the rooftop clubhouse, while brass ambient 'wok' lamps, a hint of green and shelves with books and collectables give Skypark's communal areas a warm, homely atmosphere.
Two brass-framed elevators bring residents up to the transfer floor on the 3rd level, the lobby of Skypark. A welcoming concierge sits at a large marble table, backed by 999 letterboxes in five shades of gold-coloured aluminium that wrap around the back office.

By ’breaking down the walls’ of a generic clubhouse, concrete developed an open and transformable public space and redesigned the essence of a residents’ clubhouse.
The clubhouse is situated on the 28th floor and consists of different function areas, in which a kitchen, library and bar sit together with a gym, swimming pool and art gallery. A large outside staircase connects the clubhouse floor with the landscaped park on top of the building complete with picnic and BBQ areas. Every room reveals a new function, but always invites you to linger, connect, and look outward.
The Gallery is a double height space within one of the central travertine clad blocks. One of the 9-meter high walls is completely covered with photographic art from the Lumas collection. The space is crowned by the illuminated ‘Staircase to Heaven’ artwork by Bertjan Pot.
The SkyBar is a residential bar with a small living room, opening onto the outside terrace through large sliding doors. The marble bar counter is cut from the second travertine core, with a 12-seat marble bar top for small parties.
The SkyLibrary lies between the bar and the SkyLiving. The full height wooden cabinet wraps around the core and is filled with greenery, art books, and collectables. A large library reading table and loose seats allow residents to sit back, read a book, and enjoy the amazing view toward Hong Kong Island.
The SkyLiving occupies one of the most spectacular corners, where the overhang creates a true top-of-the-world feel. A white marble kitchen island and a dining table for 16 make it the perfect space to host friends with a spectacular view across Mongkok
The Pool is a 25-metre indoor swimming area is visually connected to all adjacent spaces, even visible through a full-height aquarium as guests arrive by elevator. Carved from the travertine blocks, it features a pool bar on one side and is surrounded by daybeds and integrated planters.
From the street to the sky, Skypark offers a vertical journey through architecture, art, and nature.
an urban oasis
The most important feature of the clubhouse is the Grand Staircase, connecting the clubhouse floor with the Skypark lawn on the rooftop. The activated stairs climb slowly, accommodating comfortable seating areas as ambient lights and plants flow up toward the urban oasis above. On Friday nights it transforms into an outdoor cinema, and on any night it's the perfect spot to enjoy the warm Hong Kong air, the skyline and the harbour views.
On top of the building, the travertine cores pop up through a lush green garden, with specially designed BBQ tables, soft seating and cosy garden lights making it ideal for picnics on the grass or barbecues with friends.
