The Park Building is characterized as a freestanding structure located directly along the Dreef and the Brasapark. It marks a clear beginning or end point of the continuous pedestrian and cycling route through the area. The triangular plot positions the building as a link between the green park to the south and the tree-lined waterfront zone to the north. The building folds around the site in an L-shape, with a prominent mural crowning the tallest volume, reflecting and marking its location.

Each building segment is subdivided into two volumes. By shifting these volumes and varying the number of floors, a dynamic composition emerges. Despite its overall scale, the design maintains an accessible and approachable character for residents. The façade gains diversity through the use of different materials and colors, combining modified wood and recycled brick, giving each volume its own identity.
