the design

The laboratory like restaurant is educational, experiential and social. Hosting cooking classes and evolving tasting menus, this place is for the curious boundary-pushing foodies on board – combining cooking school and restaurant in one space.

The experience starts at the entryway that features a foodie’s interpretation of the periodic table. Once inside, you will find 6 laboratories to expand your horizons and challenge your taste range.
The heart of the space are two live kitchens with bar seating around them. This open kitchen is the ultimate place for experimentation and education, where guests can enjoy their multiple course meal whilst being able to watch the spectacle and precision of cooking. Furthermore, the space is designed to host not only labs, but also late-night lock-ins, where the most curious guests can raid the chef’s fridge and dig into a midnight feast.
