If you bike through Copenhagen like a typical resident, you will easily recognize the Zoku building by its iconic red colour. The hybrid building is designed by the Danish architectural firm Arkitema, on the top floor concrete designed a loose pavilion, where the public spaces are located.

Guests will arrive in a greenhouse drenched with daylight and full of greenery, which enhances the feel of a city oasis. The greenhouse guides guests to the bar & living rooms where a Zoku sidekick will welcome and help them find their way in their temporary home; the full Zoku experience can begin.

A loft at Zoku is much more than just a hotel room. It is a spacious micro apartment, or, better yet, the ‘Zoku Loft’. In the loft Zoku and concrete identified, designed and positioned all functions and needs of the global nomad in an intelligent way, creating an interior module that enhances the sense of spaciousness and functionality. 
Besides the two standard Zoku lofts a wide and a deep version, concrete developed 3 new loft types specifically for Copenhagen.
